## What you own

- **The organization is the billing boundary** — It owns one or more workspaces, and its plan governs the limits every workspace inside it inherits.
- **Activity logs are your audit trail** — They record who changed what. Confirm the right people can see them before you need them, not after.

## Monthly questions

- **Is usage tracking against the plan we chose?** — If a team consistently runs against a limit, the plan is wrong for how they work. That is a sizing decision, not a discipline problem.
